| Data { get; set; } | Gets or sets the content to use instead of loading the resource. An empty array supplies empty content. |
| Skipped { get; set; } | Gets or sets whether the resource is skipped. It arrives set to the decision of SkipExternalResources and WhitelistedResources. When true, Data is ignored. |
| Uri { get; } | Gets the location of the resource as the engine is about to load it. |
